💜 Q. What does "A/B/C-GRADE" mean?

This is a grading system based on the quality of the product. Please note, this is my personal grading system and may vary from other artists.

B-Grade:  Minor flaws noticeable at arms length in normal light. Flaws include but are but not limited to:

  • Scratches, Misprint, Paint specks, Discoloration, Blurriness, Smudges, underfilled enamel, moderate imperfections on metal plating, offset in screen print.

C-Grade: Noticeable flaws from further away. Flaws include but are not limited to:

  • Large Scratches, complete Misprint, Dents, Pin distortion, Paint Chips, Missing Paint, Air bubbles.
  • C-Grades are sold at significant discount.

💜 Q. Does shipping come with tracking? 

Yes, all packages come with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping service provider.

💜 Q. Do you have international shipping options?

Shipping to Canada is currently available. There are no other international shipping options outside of the United States and Canada currently.

💜 Q. What currency is the store listed in?

USD. You are able to change currency options at the top right side of the page.

💜 Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. I mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs. I use high-quality, recyclable packing materials to protect your items (and the Earth.)

💜 Q. What’s your current processing time?

Orders will take between 2-3 days for smaller order quantities or 3-5 days for larger orders or unless the store is backed up. Please understand that I am one person doing order prep, packaging, and mailing orders out. Please bear with me! 

💜 Q. I never got my package! // My package was damaged!

Please contact me with your order number ASAP so I can correct the situation. I trust in my packaging methods but I am not responsible for damage done to packages by the shipper carrier. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. In the event a package is returned to sender, I can reship your packing, but the customer is responsible for paying shipping.

💜 Q. Something is wrong with my order!

Contact me so I can correct your order! Orders are processed 3-5 business days from when they are relieved.

💜 Q. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you’ve placed a duplicate order by mistake, contact us before the order is mailed out and we can correct this.

Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive shop-related announcements and may unsubscribe at any time.
